Stereotypes are part of our beliefs. This is a thought that may be adopted about specific types of individuals or certain ways of doing things.

Between countries we have our own belief of what look like in general a person of one country. For exemple, French people use to be describe with a bottle of wine, a baguette and a beret. Mexican people use to be describe with a sombrero.

With event like halloween, you will face to the to disguise from stereotypes. One question is always in my mind. Why do we generalize this idea of people dressing in the same way with a disguise ?

Poutine is one of the most famous dishes in Canada and most especially in Quebec. It is made of fries, gravy, and cheese curds (Quebon). After you have various recipe where you can add tomato sauce, sausage, meat…

This is tyicall from Canada, but now you can find it in restaurant chain as New York. Nevertheless the best Poutine ever ar in Canada. And the best one I ate was in Montreal, in La Banquise. This is one of the most famous poutine restaurant in Montreal.
